Social Commerce


An iconic high-end electronics retailer approached us to help them evolve their online business.

We consulted with them and built their next generation commerce site to obviously sell their products online but also to allow their sales people and customers to converse and share. Through the use of a fully-integrated admin tool, they can manage their product catalog, mechandising, inventory, promotions and customer communications.

A sales person is able to upload his/her personal profile including contact information, photos, videos and personal product and industry knowledge. When a customer is looking for information about a particular product, they can interact with the salesperson via the specific profile. This allows the retailer to deepen relationships with individual customers and personalize the entire commerce experience.

Robust analytics allows them to optimize their business and they’ve seen a huge jump in national sales.

Social Gaming

We are working with a regional gaming company in the United States to rethink their business and leverage social principles to their advantage.

In collaboration with JazLabs, they have taken their core brand values and created an industry first – a loyalty program that places social front and center.

We started with a consulting engagement, held workshops across many teams within the company, and subsequently built a customized social platform for their business.

Social Enterprise

We envisioned and built a social platform for an advertising agency that let its employees across multiple offices connect and collaborate on client work.

It offers social tools to share work, share industry news and build relationships between their staff, clients and partners. It has accelerated project delivery and enhanced long-term relationships between staff members and clients.

Social Publishing

The publishing industry has been transformed and the new social principles and on-demand publishing tools now allow an individual, self-published author to gain the awareness and buzz that would have required an entire publishing engine in the past.

We collaborated with an international management consultant, author and keynote speaker to develop a social platform to promote and sell his latest book. The author fully embraced the new social paradigm and has become an active listener and collaborator on Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin.
